Customer Service Agent (For future recruitment needs)

Our team is growing steadily, and we are looking for great people to join our Customer Service team, which delivers a top of line customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Agent you will support our customers through our main channels, which are telephone, chat and email. 

The team is dynamic, always seeks to optimize and are on a journey to build a great and efficient customer service for all our markets. We are proud that we can support customers in many languages and are always looking for people with different language skills. For us customer service is not only a department it is a mindset. You will report to our Team Leaders in Customer Service. Their mission is to take an active part in your development and help you achieve your goals and targets. They have a strong belief that the best results derive from collaboration, taking responsibility and being prestigeless.


  • Provide excellent service to the customers in our channels - telephone, email, chat and social media.

  • Help our customers by answering questions and solving their requests. Common errands may include solving issues related to shipments, payments and our products.

  • Be the link between our customers and the rest of the company regarding feedback and continuous improvement suggestions.

  • Have dialogues, when needed, with external parties such as carriers, the warehouse and payment providers.

  • Other various tasks and activities may be included due to the company's needs and development. 


  • Some work experience from a similar role e.g. from a service-oriented environment or with administrative work. It is a plus if you previously have worked with supporting customers through telephone, chat and email.

  • Excellent writing and communicating in one or several languages, to be able to assist our customers in their local languages. Fluency in English is always a must since this is our company language. Examples of other languages that are relevant to Desenio and the markets we are shipping to is Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish and Greek.

  • It is a plus if you previously worked with Zendesk.

You analyze and divide problems into details to be able to find the best solution to ensure our customers receive a great experience. We believe you are a team-player with the capability to give and receive feedback respectfully as well as contributing to keeping the team spirit high. We are measuring customer satisfaction both on an individual and company level. To be able to enjoy the role as Customer Service Agent, you are willing to go the extra mile to accomplish targets and goals.  


Timeframe: This is a registration of interest and by sending in an application we will collect it in our database for future recruitment needs in our Customer Service. We review applications on an ongoing basis and contact applied candidates in the event of incoming needs. Extent and start date vary depending on which assignment you may be relevant for. Not that we will not be able to answer to all applicants, since this is an ongoing process.
